hmmm... i should say there is quite alot of things happening these few weeks but i am just plain lazy to update!! haha... i shall just skip some =P

First of All!! HAPPY BELATED BDAE KALY DARLING!! suppose to write this a few days ago but i forgot.. haha.. oh ya! my darling bdae is on the 3rd of sept.. must rem!! hehe =D

went to throw flyers last saturday... its torturing!! i can hardly walk now!! wanna die!!
walking down the stairs is very easy. "YES" but when overdoing it is crazy!! i have serious muscle ache now!! i see stairs also scared lor!! actually i dun feel that tired but the side effect is great.. haha... can die.. it has been a few days and i still have difficulty walking!! WTH!!
*saded!! think have to do it often ba.. haiz... dunno if its a good exercise anot.. later leg got alot of muscle!! hahahaha....
